50% of total price must be paid before sketch.

if the sketch is approved, the work will be continued.

if the sketch isn't approved, only 40% of total price can be refunded

to recieve final work, the whole payment must be done.

during sketching phase, revisions would be free! however, if the next phase was already on process, revisions would have fees (fee may vary)
